Students who have a NH Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a NH 504 plan sometimes need assistive technology (AT) to help them learn. You and the school can work together to choose the right tools for your child. 

Part of the IEP process requires that every student who qualifies for an IEP have an educational team, which includes the student’s parents. As part of the IEP process the team must consider the need for assistive technology to support the child’s educational progress.
